Stardig Nursing Services, PLLC was founded by Erika Stardig, RN — a licensed Registered Nurse in Washington and Oregon with over 14 years of experience across skilled nursing, geriatric care, home health, family medicine, aesthetics, and nursing education. That breadth of background shapes everything Stardig Nursing Services offers today, from hands-on in-home care for clients and their families to comprehensive CNA Training that prepares the next generation of caregivers to do the work the right way.

Nursing Assistant: Certified (CNA) Traditional Program • Washington State
Our CNA Traditional Program is designed for individuals with no prior caregiving certification who want to begin a career as a Nursing Assistant–Certified in Washington State. This program provides comprehensive training that meets Washington State Department of Health and Department of Social and Health Services requirements for CNA education. Students receive classroom instruction, skills of lab training, and supervised clinical experience focused on providing safe, compassionate, and resident-centered care.
The curriculum emphasizes infection control, resident rights, communication, basic nursing skills, personal care, safety, and professionalism in healthcare settings. Graduates of the program will be prepared to take the Washington State CNA certification exam and pursue employment in long-term care facilities, adult family homes, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare environments. This program is ideal for individuals seeking entry-level employment in healthcare, career changers, and those planning to advance into nursing or other allied health professions.Â
Nursing Assistant: Certified (CNA) Bridge Program • Washington State
Our CNA Bridge Program is designed for experienced caregivers and healthcare workers who are eligible to bridge into CNA certification under Washington State guidelines. This program is intended for individuals who already possess hands-on caregiving experience and have met the state’s requirements for a bridge pathway. The bridge program focuses on reinforcing core CNA knowledge, refining hands-on skills, and ensuring competency in accordance with Washington State standards. Instruction includes skills review, clinical preparation, resident rights, infection control, safety practices, and exam readiness.
Students in the bridge program benefit from an accelerated format that recognizes prior experience while ensuring all required competencies are met. Upon successful completion, participants are prepared to sit for the Washington State CNA certification exam.
