About The Stardig Team

Stardig Nursing Services, PLLC is led by President and Owner Erika Stardig, a Registered Nurse licensed in both Washington and Oregon. With over 14 years of diverse nursing experience spanning education, skilled nursing, geriatric care, aesthetics, home health, and family medicine, Erika founded Stardig Nursing Services with a clear mission: to provide nursing care done right.

Our approach aims to relieve the stress associated with illness, giving you confidence that you or your loved ones are in capable hands. At Stardig Nursing Services, we treat every client like family, ensuring that care is compassionate, comprehensive, and tailored to individual needs.

Erika Stardig founded Stardig Nursing Services PLLC in 2022 after 15+ years of bedside, geriatric, and home-health nursing experience across the Pacific Northwest. She holds active registered nurse licenses in Oregon (License #201905520RN, verifiable at the Oregon State Board of Nursing) and Washington (License #RN.RN.61199822.MSL , verifiable at the Washington State Department of Health). Erika personally oversees all clinical care plans, nurse delegation per WAC 246-840-910 and RCW 18.88B, and the CNA training program offered through Stardig.

Our Medical Team

Jen Craton, RN

Jen, started working as a CNA, spent time as an LVN and has now been an RN for over 15 years, with most of her time spent specializing in ICU and travel nursing. In addition to enjoying spending time caring for patients, she enjoys helping patients understand their medical needs, diagnoses, treatments and allowing them to feel more comfortable and confident in making informed decisions about their health. Additionally, she enjoys providing support, education, and guidance to caregivers, to help them feel comfortable and valuable in their very important and selfless role.

When Jen is not working, she enjoys traveling, exploring new places, spending time with her small children and husband and being outdoors.

Emese Radvanyi, RN

Emese is a compassionate RN, BSN with experience in OB/GYN, orthopedics, medical-surgical/telemetry, and urgent care.

She is deeply committed to patient safety, autonomy, and holistic care—addressing not just physical, but emotional and spiritual needs of patients.

Originally from Hungary, she moved to the U.S. as a teenager and always knew nursing was her calling. She is currently advancing her career in the field.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with family, and playing water polo.

Mark Martsenyak, RN

Mark is a Registered Nurse with two years of experience, deeply passionate about faith, family, and serving others. Born in Ukraine, he immigrated to the United States at the age of seven. He finds great fulfillment working at Stardig Nursing Services, where he plays a direct role in improving the lives of residents and creating a safe, supportive environment for their care.

Nikki Meadows, RN

Nikki Meadows began her career in the medical field over 15 years ago and has advanced through multiple levels of nursing, from Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) to earning a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus in Leadership and Management. Her diverse clinical background includes extensive experience in geriatrics, skilled nursing, and home health, allowing her to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across a variety of settings.

Nikki has worked with complex patient populations, including those requiring dialysis and individuals living with dementia. She previously served as a Director in a memory care unit, where she demonstrated strong leadership and a commitment to improving quality of life for residents with cognitive impairments. She currently serves Veterans through her work at the VA, where she remains deeply committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to those who have served.

In addition to her clinical and leadership roles, Nikki is a CNA instructor and is passionate about education, mentorship, and supporting the professional growth of others in the healthcare field. She is dedicated to fostering knowledge, confidence, and excellence in both her patients and her peers.

Outside of her professional life, Nikki enjoys spending time with her family and attending her children’s activities. She also has a love for the outdoors and can often be found exploring trails or spending time on the water.

Victoria Kovalchuk

Administrative Assistant

Victoria Kovalchuk is a compassionate and client-centered caregiver with several years of experience working with elderly individuals in both assisted living facilities and adult family homes. At just 22 years old, she brings a strong sense of dedication and warmth to her work, building meaningful relationships with residents, supporting their daily living needs, and ensuring they feel respected, safe, and valued every day.

Outside of her professional role, Victoria enjoys hiking, reading, and spending quality time with her family. She believes that maintaining balance and connection in her personal life enhances her ability to provide attentive and empathetic care. Committed to making a positive impact, Victoria takes great pride in being a dependable and compassionate member of the care team.

Terrence Albien Ventura

Administrative Assistant

Terrence is proud to be part of this dedicated healthcare team in an administrative support role. Over the past three years, he has had the privilege of working in healthcare and has developed a deep appreciation for the work being done—not only because it’s meaningful, but because it allows him to help others in any way he can.

His background includes a variety of supportive roles that contribute to the smooth operation of healthcare services. While he is not directly at the bedside, Terrence firmly believes that every role in healthcare, whether clinical or administrative, plays an essential part in the overall quality of care clients receive.

What he enjoys most about his work is being part of something larger than himself—a team that uplifts individuals, supports families, and provides comfort to those in need.

Outside of work, Terrence is an avid basketball fan and enjoys both watching and playing the game whenever possible. He also has a passion for collecting and building plastic model kits, a creative hobby that reminds him to stay curious and appreciate the little things in life.

Mary Joy Gundran

Executive Assistant

Mary Joy Gundran is a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program with experience caring for children, adults, and individuals with mental health challenges. Over the years, she has developed a strong interest not only in patient care but also in the systems that support it—focusing on organization, streamlining processes, and improving overall efficiency.

For the past two years, Mary Joy has worked at Stardig Nursing Services, where she takes pride in managing the small but important details that allow others to concentrate on delivering high-quality care.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her family, exploring new places, and creating lasting memories. She believes that maintaining a healthy balance between her personal and professional life helps her bring energy, focus, and compassion to her role as a caregiver.

Alvin Daloraya

Alvin is the heart behind Stardig Nursing Services’ digital voice. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, he brings together 10 years of nursing and community organizing, plus 4 years of experience in admin and social media management—with the last 2 years as Stardig’s Social Media Manager.

His joy for storytelling, visuals, and connecting with people fuels every post and campaign. Alvin ensures Stardig’s message is not only seen—but felt—across platforms, keeping things professional, educational, and always human.

Outside the screen, you’ll find him hiking, traveling, and geeking out on culture and local traditions. Always curious, Alvin loves researching new ideas, exploring different perspectives, and turning small moments into meaningful connections online.
